Owner of Henniker Fitness Center, John Dur, is the son of a US diplomat, born in Germany and raised 
in Japan, spending nineteen of twenty-five corporate years overseas running multi-national subsidiaries in Japan, Canada, France, Italy, Spain and Mexico. He retired from corporate life in 1998, settled in Henniker, New Hampshire where he raises Icelandic Horses, runs the Henniker Fitness Center and is a personal investment and small business consultant.
