Transform your lifestyle and yourself with Transitions Lifestyle System (r).  Transitions (r) gives  you the support and resources you need to succeed, offering healthy meals and snack options, supplements to maximize your success, and educational support materials such as DVDs, CDs, a Daily Journal, and more.

 

Transitions is a 12-week program of classes led by Angela Grace of Grace Day Spa.  Classes will be held at the Henniker Fitness Center.  Classes will begin in January 2011 .... start the New Year off right!
