Childcare is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 10:00am
Next Session starts Monday August 30th
 We need five participants committed to the full six-week session to run classes.  Sign up NOW at the Front Desk to make sure your favorite class is scheduled.  We'd like to offer a Stretch & Balance class on Thursdays at 6:30 pm with Kirstin.  Let us know if you're interested ... or if you'd prefer a different class?
Boot Camp

The ever-popular, always challenging outdoor class (weather permitting) is back on Friday mornings for the summer.

Stretch & Balance

A strength & flexibility class combining stretching,  Pilates, yoga, dance, and strength in a flowing sequence designed for those who like to move with grace and power.

Tighten & Tone

Wednesdays at 5:30am
 
Total body strength & core training, including the "big ball".

ZUMBA !

Monday & Wednesday at 9am
Tuesday evening at 5:30pm

The wildly popular program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.  The goal is simple:  We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.  Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

Cycling

 Class participants can also check out a dvd and use the bikes on their own with our new widescreen tv.  Don't miss your ride because of the weather!

Want to try Cycling but afraid it might be too strenuous for you? .... we'd love to offer a "Golden Oldies" class. Let us know if you're interested.
